What You Need to Know. Tools to Help. Stronger Connections.
All Section Executives are asked to attend this Kick-Off meeting to start the term with the information and tools needed for a successful year. Whether you’re continuing in your role or stepping in for the first time, this session covers important updates, clarifies responsibilities, and introduces resources to support your work.
This session covers:
- Roles & Responsibilites: An overview of Section Executive and staff responsibilities, and effective best practices on a successful term.
- Planning Made Easier: A discussion about event planning, best practices, and what to do when things go wrong.
- Working Together: Guidance on how to connect with other Executives to exchange ideas, collaborate, or host joint events.
Set the foundation for consistent, effective Section activity. If none of these dates work for you, please email the Sections Team at sections@cbabc.org.
