Rose Keith, KC, C. Ryan Chan, and Prentice Durbin, present on recent trends in workplace law, and how these are impacting in-house counsel in British Columbia. They highlight topics such as The Pay Transparency Act, the use of AI in employee monitoring, employment contracts including terminations and accommodations, and human rights considerations.
