Hear about the Supreme Court of Canada case of Taylor v. Newfoundland and Labrador, 2026 SCC 5. which resulted in a rare decision about the scope of s. 6 of the Charter, but also about the general methodology of Charter interpretation.
Mitchell McGowan, who acted as counsel for the appellant is joined by counsel for the intervener, Emily Mackinnon, to share their perspectives and takeaways from this case.
