Trademark, copyright, and patent issues are often just as important to charities and not-for-profits as they are to for-profit businesses.
In this talk, intellectual property lawyer and registered trademark agent Kwan T. Loh discusses introductory IP concepts of interest for charities and not-for-profits. Learn about the basics of this fast-evolving area of law, how to best avoid liability, and how to protect and register your valuable IP rights.
