Michelle Kinney and Shannan Knutson provide an overview of recent developments relevant to fertility and family law practice, including the Assisted Human Reproduction Act (AHRA) and regulations, provincial parentage law reform initiatives, and federal policy considerations. Dr. Régine Tremblay highlights AHRA policy reform, enforcement, and bar engagement with Health Canada. After the presentation, join for a discussion on potential future law reform and advocacy efforts.
