John-Paul Boyd, KC, discusses polyamorous relationships and family law, including selected highlights of Canada’s first research study about people who identify as polyamorous. He also highlights the legal needs of people in polyamorous relationships, and how those needs are and aren’t addressed by the law of British Columbia.
