Join us for a panel featuring junior lawyers and emerging privacy professionals as they provide a mid-year review of key British Columbia and federal privacy developments and cases in 2026. The panel will discuss significant recent orders, ongoing litigation, and guidance issued by regulators to date this year. The session will be followed by a casual networking opportunity to connect with other members of the Freedom of Information and Privacy Law Section ahead of the close of the section’s activities for the term.
