Steve Wallace and Kathleen Duffield explore mediation through the lens of insurance law, where the intersection of contractual duty and strategic compromise defines success. The speakers move past conventional settlement discussions to examine the high-level tactics required to navigate the multifaceted relationship between the parties to achieve optimal resolutions.
