You’ve advised your client about their moral and legal obligations, but they still want to disinherit a spouse or child. Lisa Guidi provides a litigator’s perspective on the best ways to carry out your client’s instructions and minimize the likelihood the disinherited person will receive a portion of your client’s assets after they pass away.
