Please join the MBA Labour & Employment and Technology & Intellectual Property Sections for a joint session which will explore the topic of when records held by the employer are deemed to be employee personal information that is subject to privacy laws.  Hear both employer and labour perspectives, while they explore the legislation and jurisprudence on this evolving privacy topic and offer tips on how to properly deal with an employee’s personal information.
