Join the Administrative Law Section for a panel discussion with Nicole Watson of MLT Aikins LLP and Rocky Kravetsky, general counsel for the Law Society of Manitoba regarding hearings before professional disciplinary boards, including process, representations to the board, and advising disciplinary boards.

Please RSVP (PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED) to the Manitoba Bar Association online (link above). 

You will need a computer or laptop (PC or Mac), smartphone or tablet with a microphone and webcam (built-in or external) and an internet connection.

At approximately 9:30am on Wednesday, November 3, 2021 an email will be sent from the MBA advising you of the link that you will click on to join the Zoom video conference meeting.  So it will be important to register before 5:00pm on Tuesday, November 2, 2021.  

Attendance at this MBA Section meeting can be applied towards your Law Society of Manitoba’s Continuing Professional Development requirement for a maximum of 1.5 hours.
