Please join the MBA's Administrative Law Section for an interesting conversation with Miranda Grayson of Thompson Dorfman Sweatman LLP and Byron Williams of the Public Interest Law Centre regarding developments in the law of standard of review and the application of the reasonableness standard since the Supreme Court of Canada decision in Canada (Minister of Citizenship and Immigration) v Vavilov, 2019 SCC 65.
