Sections provide opportunities for lawyers to further their professional education and to keep ahead of current developments within the profession. The MBA wants to show non-members what they're missing!!

Our panelists will discuss legal research and practice tips for preparing for mediations and informal proceedings in the labour and employment law context. This webinar will be particularly helpful for students and new lawyers in the field of labour and employment law, lawyers who are looking to strengthen their legal research skills, and lawyers who practice alternative dispute resolution.

Please RSVP (PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED) to the Manitoba Bar Association online (link above). The link to join the meeting will be sent out the morning of the meeting. 

At approximately 9:30am on Monday, May 9, 2022 an email will be sent from the MBA advising you of the link that you will click on to join the Zoom video conference meeting.  So it will be important to register before 5:00pm on Friday, May 6, 2022.  

Attendance at this MBA Section learning session can be applied towards your Law Society mandatory yearly continuing professional development requirement for 1.5 hours.
