Please join the Child & Youth Law Section for a lunch and learn session where we will be talking about custody calls in general, special youth considerations and specific advice in certain areas: impaired driving, sexual assaults and murders.  We will discuss best practices and will provide a checklist and handouts.

At approximately 9:30am on Thursday, August 25, 2022 an email will be sent from the MBA advising you of the link that you will click on to join the Zoom video conference meeting.  So it will be important to register before 5:00pm on Wednesday, August 24, 2022.  

Attendance at this MBA meeting can be applied towards your Law Society of Manitoba's Continuing Professional Development for a maximum of 1.5 hours.
