TOPIC: Summary Judgment in Family Law and Child Protection Matters

Please join us for a session with The Honourable Mr. Justice Doyle as we navigate Summary Judgment in Family Law and Child Protection Matters. We will discuss the correct structuring of pleadings and the multiple avenues to Summary Judgment that can be navigated under the King's Bench Rules.
