TOPIC: The Importance of Democracy Watch v. Canada (Attorney General)
Join us in a discussion of the 2026 landmark Supreme Court of Canada decision of Democracy Watch v. Canada (Attorney General), 2026 SCC 28. Professor Paul Daly, Chair in Administrative Law and Governance at the University of Ottawa and a member of the team representing Democracy Watch at the Supreme Court, will be presenting on the implications that the decision has on applications for judicial review.
