The Labour & Employment Law section is pleased to invite you to a professional development session tailored for labour and employment law practitioners and in-house legal counsel. Presenter, Peter Mueller, will highlight important recent labour and employment decisions from both Manitoba and other jurisdictions relevant to unionized and non-unionized workplaces.
