The Labour & Employment Law Section is pleased to invite you to Part 2 in our Wrongful Termination series. Last year in Part 1, our speakers addressed various topics including demand letters, settlement documents, and filing Statements of Claim and Defence. This year in Part 2, presenters Cynthia (Cindy) Lazar and Todd Andres bring a wealth of experience to provide practical advice and tips regarding post-pleading conduct of wrongful termination litigation.

The link to join the Zoom meeting will be sent out to all registrants on the morning of the meeting. The link will also be included in your confirmation email after registration. 

Attendance at this MBA Section meeting can be applied towards your Law Society of Manitoba’s Continuing Professional Development requirement for a maximum of 1.5 hours.
