This session will explore how to intentionally build a family law practice that is focused on out-of-court resolutions, without relying on court appearances or threats of litigation. Participants will be introduced to Collaborative Practice Manitoba and learn how to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes, reduce conflict, and preserve long-term family relationships without having to rely on limited court resources and procedural delays.
