Join us in Halifax, Nova Scotia on October 12 and 13 for the CBA’s Construction and Infrastructure Law Conference, which will offer important and practical information on the latest legal developments across Canada.

The theme of this year’s conference is “Private Players in Public Infrastructure: Construction in the P3 Context”. Topics on the agenda will include: negotiating P3 agreements and their impact on construction contracts, electronic procurement in public infrastructure projects, and the challenges experienced by contractors pursuing P3 construction.

You will also learn about key considerations for P3 projects, including labour and employment issues, claims management, international arbitration of disputes, and trends in bonding, performance security and insurance.

There will be a 20% administrative charge for any cancellation received in writing prior to September 12, 2018. No refund will be given after September 12, 2018. There will be no refunds for “no-show” registrants.
