Cocktail reception following roundtable


On the eve of the CBA Competition Law Spring Conference, please join the senior management of the Competition Bureau’s Cartels and Deceptive Marketing Practices Branch in Toronto for a candid and interactive afternoon discussion regarding the Bureau’s recent enforcement and policy updates with respect to the criminal provisions of the Competition Act.  Consistent with Roundtables in past years, the Bureau will provide an overview of key enforcement actions and share statistics relating to recent investigative and enforcement activities.  Following the formal program, please join your colleagues for a cocktail reception.
