  • What to expect when the Competition Bureau executes a “dawn raid”;
  • Step by step guidance for the target company, its employees and counsel on dealing with the physical search as it happens;
  • Responding to warrants for access to computer networks and the seizure of electronic documents;
  • Identifying and preserving privilege over seized documents; and 
  • Overview of recent case law on challenging search warrants and seeking disclosure.
