Please join us for a joint program between the Mergers and Acquisitions Committee of the ABA Section of Antitrust Law and the Mergers Committee of the CBA Competition Law Section, focused on remedies in cross-border mergers. Cross-border mergers that may require remedies raise unique issues for practitioners.  What principles should practitioners consider when developing cross-border remedies?  How should private practitioners cooperate and work effectively with each other to address remedial issues?  How should cross-border remedies be presented to enforcers?  Leading antitrust/competition attorneys will discuss these and other questions in an effort to provide practical take-aways for attendees.
