The Mergers and Reviewable Matters/Unilateral Conduct Committees of the CBA Competition Law Section invite you to a joint Roundtable with very experienced staff at the Mergers and Monopolistic Practices Branch of the Competition Bureau.

Join us as we discuss various topics including the Competition Bureau’s draft Bulletin on Amendments to the Abuse of Dominance Provisions, the Branch’s annual performance statistics, and highlights from a very interesting year.  As always, participants will have the opportunity to ask questions and provide feedback on the topics discussed.
