This program will explore the role of data in AI-driven competition, traditional merger review frameworks and their applicability in industries increasingly adopting AI.  It will also discuss algorithmic collusion and compliance risks, and some of the most pressing challenges posed by AI technology to: regulators and enforcers, industry participants, and those advising them.
