Be part of an insightful and timely discussion on the initiatives and priorities of the Competition Bureau’s Deceptive Marketing Practices Directorate (DMPD) as it champions a culture of competition in Canada. The session will offer a forward-looking view on upcoming plans while reflecting on the accomplishments and activities of the past year. The roundtable will be led by DMPD leadership, featuring both senior and regional managers.

Following the Bureau's update, we are thrilled to welcome James Musgrove of McMillan LLP, who will join the Bureau team for a discussion and dialogue on issues facing the Bureau,  including “Made in Canada ”, “Greenwashing”, “Drip Pricing” and the implications of the revised private enforcement regime as it comes fully into force.
