The Reviewable Matters / Unilateral Conduct Committee and representatives from the Competition Bureau will host an in-person roundtable on the draft Anti-Competitive Conduct and Agreements (ACCA) Enforcement Guidelines. Competition Bureau representatives will present on the purpose of and philosophy for drafting the ACCA Enforcement Guidelines and significant updates from past enforcement guidance, and will participate in a facilitated discussion with the audience to obtain feedback on the draft ACCA Enforcement Guidelines’ content.
While the audience is encouraged to ask questions and provide comments on the ACCA Enforcement Guidelines during the session, questions and comments can also be provided to John Bodrug (JBodrug@dwpv.com), Julia Potter (julia.potter@blakes.com), or Bill Wu (william.wu@mcmillan.ca) in advance.
