In December 2024, Kroger and Albertsons terminated their proposed merger agreement following rulings in U.S. District Court in Oregon and King County Superior Court for the State of Washington. Hear from a panel of professionals, including those involved in these U.S. cases, on their thoughts and takeaways related to antitrust outlook and applications to Canadian law.
