Drawing on international perspectives from Brazil, the UK, EU and the US, the discussion will highlight enforcement trends relating to coordinated and unilateral conduct and explore how traditional misleading and deceptive advertising frameworks may be applied to new challenges posed by dynamic and personalized pricing.
