Lawyers are now required to eliminate delays in civil proceedings. What does a genuine "rethink" of how we practice law mean? Join a panel of practitioners making that leap. Bring your big ideas about advancing our best practices into the new era for the panel to discuss. . Consider these questions: What do clients really need? Are our billing and firm agreements holding us back? What can be learned from court adjacent decision making forums: tribunals & arbitrations? What are other jurisdictions doing to achieve faster outcomes? What has to change in our legal culture? How do we structure our practice to achieve the best client outcome?
