Video Recording (zoom)

This webinar focuses on topical issues related to the conduct of an ADR practice in the post-COVID-19 world.  As we all struggle to deal with new ways of approaching issues in our practice, this panel will examine the legal issues that face practitioners dealing with mounting back logs in the judicial system by continuing with the use of ADR as a tool to enhance timely access to justice and efficient dispute resolution mechanisms.  This panel of experts will speak to the following topics:  resolving employment disputes through mediation; addressing contractual performance issues; commercial disputes; ADR in the context of human rights law; and resolving disputes with self-represented litigants in the context of family law.

This is a unique opportunity to interact with a panel of experts in the field of ADR from across the country on an issue that is directly impacting the practice of law in this new COVID-19 reality and the continued importance of ADR as things begin to return to normal.
