RECORDING

New processes, standard forms, and revised Rule 7 make this a learning curve for many practitioners, legal and medical. The experience of New Brunswick lawyers working with this new Act since January 1, 2024 will be discussed.  The services offered by the Office of the Public Trustee will also be explained.
