Twice, Cut Once    Summary judgment is in important tool in the litigation toolbox.  Although available “on all or part of the claim”, this session will discuss the particular difficulties of partial summary judgments and the imperative that the issues to be resolved on partial summary judgment be severable from the rest of the claim.
