Feb. 8, 2025
Fredericton Online

RECORDING

Sales, purchase and refinances almost always inevitably flow from the division of property in family law matters. This session is intended to arm family law practitioners with the tools to complete real estate transactions stemming from separations and divorces. We will discuss common pitfalls experienced by family law practitioners who do not have robust real estate practices, and explore the life cycle of a real estate file in the context of the division of marital property.
