This session will explore the latest developments, advancements and challenges related to language rights in New Brunswick. As a bilingual province, New Brunswick has a unique legal and cultural landscape which shapes how language rights are interpreted. The panel, composed of prominent experts, who have extensive litigation and academic experience, will provide participants the opportunity to learn of the recent developments in the field and obtain a comprehensive understanding of various court rulings and other issues which shape the language rights landscape in this province.
