RECORDING
This session, lead by public law lawyers and academic experts, is designed for legal practitioners seeking to deepen their understanding of Crown liability and immunity. It will examine the recent Supreme Court of Canada decision in Attorney General of Canada v Joseph Power which provides important guidance and insight on these legal principles and their application in modern legal contexts. It will provide participants with the necessary tools to navigate Crown liability and immunity issues, and to better understand their role in advising or interacting with government entities and clients generally.
