RECORDING
Binding Judicial Resolution Conferences became available to facilitate efficient and expeditious resolutions for litigious matters as of October 2024. Since that time, BJRCs have been used primarily in Family Division to reach stream-lined results in a binding manner. This session is an overview from Chief Justice Tracey DeWare, Justice Nathalie Godbout, and Rachelle Standing on the status of BJRCs since their introduction. This session will explore how BJRCs have been success, suggestions for solicitors using the BJRC model and what the future use of BJRCs might be.
