The presentation is designed to inform practitioners/subscribers of what works and what does not work in terms of the registration to title to land, combined with the inherent and necessary need to maintain lines of communications open between registrants and Service New Brunswick as the custodian of public land registration records. The presentation will focus on irritants of the Senior Land Titles officials and registry staff, and also on ways to improve the registration process for all involved. The presentation will also focus on what is being done, what is not being done, and on what needs to be done, as well as the need to consistently meet legislative and operational requirements. Issues involving the recent implementation of the Provincial Land Registry Office, including legislative and operational changes, will also be discussed.
