Please join us for Newfoundland and Labradors A2J Committee CLE - Bridging the Gap: Access to Justice in Newfoundland and Labrador Featuring Guest,The Honourable Justice Andromache Karakatsanis, Judge of the Supreme Court of Canada.

The session will begin with opening remarks from The Honourable Justice Andromache Karakatsanis, Judhe of the Supreme Court, followed by a moderated discussion by Keri-Lynn Power, with panelists representing various perspectives within the legal community and organizations directly impacted by access to justice issues.

This is an interactive session, and topics will include barriers to access to justice in Newfoundland and Labrador, current challenges, and potential solutions and initiatives moving forward.

Panelists include representatives from PLIAN, civil litigation practice, Miawpukek First Nation, and Legal Aid.
