CBA-NL Business Law - Reading Financial Records and Understanding them

Description

Join us for a one-hour CBA-NL Business Law Lunch and Learn on Reading Financial Records and Understanding Them. This session will be presented by Stuart Wallace of Stewart McKelvey and is designed to help lawyers feel more confident reviewing and understanding financial documents in a business context.

Whether you are dealing with corporate transactions, due diligence, shareholder issues, or general business matters, financial records often tell an important part of the story. This session will walk through common financial statements, what to look for, what questions to ask, and how to spot potential issues or areas that require further investigation.
