CBA-NL Environmental, Energy and Resources Law -  The Evolving Landscape for Major Projects

Description

This session will explore the changing legal and regulatory environment surrounding major projects in Canada, and the practical considerations emerging within the environmental, energy, and resources sectors. As the approval process for project development continues to evolve, legal practitioners are increasingly navigating shifting policies, regulatory frameworks, stakeholder expectations, and approval timelines.

Join us for “The Evolving Landscape for Major Projects,” as presenter and section chair, Morgan Chafe, and colleague Katie Power, have a discussion focused on current developments, emerging issues, and the broader direction of major project work in Canada. Morgan and Katie will share their insights relevant to practitioners working across environmental, energy, regulatory, administrative, and natural resources law.
