During this lunch and learn, Sheilagh Murphy will provide an overview of the different ways arbitration can be structured and used, including traditional arbitration, med-arb, and final offer selection arbitration.

The session will also look at practical best practices for counsel and parties, including having the arbitrator assist with case management, using will-say statements or affidavits, setting clear deadlines for filing materials, and other approaches that can help make the arbitration process more efficient and effective.
