We invite you to a webinar on neurodiversity in the workplace, presented in collaboration with the Atlantic branches of the Canadian Bar Association.
Neurodiversity celebrates the unique ways individuals perceive and interact with the world. By embracing neurodiversity, the legal profession can unlock a wealth of valuable perspectives, creativity, and innovative problem-solving skills.
The session will be led by Laura Fair (BBA, MSc), Founder and Senior Consultant at ABOUND Consulting. Laura specializes in providing purpose-driven training to organizations and is deeply passionate about neurodiversity, mental health, and coaching. Her master’s dissertation focused on coaching for neurodiversity in the workplace, and she continually enriches her understanding of this evolving field through extensive research and certifications.
Topics covered will include:
- Exploring the concept of neurodiversity and its relevance in the legal industry.
- Insights into the strengths and challenges of neurodivergent individuals.
- Strategies for creating more inclusive environments as colleagues and leaders in the legal profession.
- An interactive Q&A, during which attendees can ask questions.
This session is an opportunity to engage in meaningful conversations, gain valuable insights, and help shape a more inclusive legal industry.
