This 1-day conference is a new CBA-NS initiative, meant to provide valuable and practical professional development for members of various administrative tribunals, and lawyers who appear before or provide legal advice to these tribunals. The basis of this conference formed around the recent publication, Common Law Rules of Procedure for Tribunals in Canada: Rules, Commentary, and Practice Tips (LexisNexis 2026), by Lisa Teryl and Diana Ginn.
We are pleased to have The Honourable Thomas Cromwell, C.C., joining us in Halifax to provide the keynote address. Our full lineup of speakers includes Nova Scotia jurists, tribunal members, and legal experts.
