Administrative Law 101: Remembering the Administrative Law Tools in Your Toolkit

Administrative Law intersects with many areas of the law, yet it is often misunderstood or overlooked. In this session, learn more about the basics of Administrative Law and how you might be able to incorporate it into your practice areas. Learn about procedural fairness, the impact of Vavilov, and what “standard of review” really means!

This event will be hosted hybrid, with the in-person option held at Buchell Wickwire Bryson (1801 Hollis Street) in the 14th Floor Boardroom. The virtual attendance option will be hosted via Zoom.
