Join the CBA-NS Construction Law Section for a discussion of two recent Nova Scotia Court of Appeal decisions with implications for construction law and contracting: JonesCo Contracting Incorporated v. Caldwell, 2026 NSCA 53, and FH Development Group Inc. v. Brooks, 2026 NSCA 13. John Boyle of Cox & Palmer and Erin McSorley of Stewart McKelvey will review the decisions and discuss their practical significance for construction lawyers and industry participants.
