Increasingly, in-house and private practice lawyers are being called upon to deal with social media issues that affect their organizations and their clients.
Join our panelists for a review of how social media has evolved other the past seven years. They will discuss the approaches being used to address the variety of issues and risks raised by the use of social media. Our panelists will also explore the challenges presented by emerging trends in social media and how the approaches used to date are going to need to evolve or be supplemented.
Special attention will be paid to privacy related issues that businesses and other organizations face when they become active participants in social media.
