OBA Class Actions PROGRAM | Original Program Date: September 14, 2021

Carriage motions have an added complexity when there are parallel class actions commenced in multiple jurisdictions. This session will explore how the existence of parallel class actions affects the carriage analysis, the potential of coordinating the hearing of carriage across multiple jurisdictions, the potential for inconsistent results across jurisdictions, and the role of the defendant (if any) in carriage. We have experienced class action counsel from across the country, prepared to engage on these issues. Please join us for this discussion.
