There have been lots of changes that business lawyers need to know. The Ontario Business Registry (OBR) was launched, while the Business Corporations Act (Ontario) (OBCA), the Corporations Information Act (CIA), and other statutes were amended. The Ontario Not-for-Profit Corporations Act (ONCA) also came into force. More changes are yet to come.
