With the introduction in February of “Milgaard’s Law, the federal government introduces legislation to implement a commission to review wrongful convictions and recommend cases for review by the courts. For all criminal law practitioners, the issue of wrongful convictions is an important one. Join our panel as they share their experience and firsthand knowledge in dealing with wrongful convictions.
